Dear music lovers

If you are reading this you must have have great taste in music. But I can hear you thinking “What is this about?”
Well, I have just removed a lot of my music from streaming platforms, so most my catalogue is now available exclusively on Bandcamp. This is progress for Humanity!

1 - THE HOT CLUB : “CAUGHT ON FILM"

This is a series of live videos we shot live with 4 cameras and a multitrack recording. It was done on a Sunday morning at 8am after having gigged the whole week because it was the only time we could get the club to shoot for a couple of hours. You’ll be amazed at the wonders strong coffee and make up can do. These are not short of being miracles because each tune had to be in the box in one take as we had to clear up vacate the venue before lunch.

2 - THE HOT CLUB: "PARIS-LONDON" + "LONDON-PARIS

If you’ve enjoyed the Hot Club album “Paris 19:36 - London 20:16”, you will like these tracks as they were recorded during the same sessions, and they feature the amazing Gabrielle Ducomble” and “Dan Oates” as guest vocalists.

3 - THE ORCHESTRA: “OUT OF DATES”
Release Xmas 2023 - LIVE ALBUM 12 tracks

This album has a long story. It was recorded on Brexit day in a theatre with a gigantic picture of the Titanic sinking blown on the backdrop. It was also the last gig of the Orchestra before the pandemic, and we thought for years that we’d never play with a large band again. Luckily It was recorded by a member of the public who set up a little Tascam recorder with a condenser microphone in front of the stage. That is the exactly same set up they used in classic 1950’s jazz & blues club live recordings, so you get an acoustic recording. It captured the great atmosphere and it is a true depiction of the epic Orchestra’s performances on stage of the last 12 years. Recorded in the UK, mixed and mastered in Japan, but that is another story.

I’ll announce the rest later as I’m trying my best to keep things top secret.
